How can I check the status of my order?
To review the status of your order please click on the My Account link located on top navigation panel if you signed up for an account with Brand Legendary. If you signed in as a guest, you will need to reference the email sent by Brand Legendary with your Order ID# and USPS Tracking Number. For further assistance, please use the Contact Form or email us at Info@BrandLegendary.com.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We ship out orders Monday-Friday between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. CST via USPS First Class for standard shipping. You will receive an email verification including tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How do Brand Legendary products fit?
For all Brand Legendary t-shirts and hoodies, if you are in doubt on size, please size up as we have an industry standard 15% exchange rate for sizing up.
How do I return an Item?
Brand Legendary will always provided full refunds or exchanges up to 30 days from when your order was received. If you do return a product please make sure it is in store-bought condition.
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account tab and click the “Return Item(s)” link. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. With this, please email Info@BrandLegendary.com to ensure we are notified right away.
Can I order an item internationally?
Yes, we have shipped our products all over the world. However, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping, as we have no control over US Customs and International Partners that work with USPS. We have seen orders to Russia received in 4-5 days and orders to Mexico City received in 4 weeks. Shipping often varies for international orders.
